PP-H Sheet

PP-H Sheet (Polypropylene Homopolymer Sheet) is a high-performance thermoplastic sheet made from polypropylene homopolymer resin. It is produced through extrusion or compression molding, resulting in a homogeneous, stress-relieved material with excellent chemical resistance, high rigidity, and outstanding weldability.

PP-H sheet is widely used in chemical processing, water treatment, semiconductor, plating, food processing, and laboratory applications. Its superior chemical resistance makes it ideal for tanks, liners, and equipment exposed to aggressive acids, alkalis, and solvents.

With a density of only 0.90g/cm³, PP-H is one of the lightest engineering plastics available, offering significant weight savings compared to PVC, HDPE, and metal. It can be easily machined, hot-gas welded, and butt-fusion welded, allowing for the fabrication of large, custom-built tanks and structures.
