Polar Smooth PVC Bulk Rolls

Polar Smooth PVC Bulk Rolls are suitable for cold room Cold storage, Refrigerated doorways, Deli-Counters, Chiller Cabinets, Cold rooms and most refrigeration situations.

Our thickness range is 1.5mm to 5mm, the width range is 100mm to 400mm, the length is 50m or 90m or 25m or others, we can customize the length according to customers' needs.

100mm×2mm: Light-duty option for narrow doorways and pedestrian-only access such as small cold room hatches. Ultra-flexible and budget-friendly. The narrow strips need more brackets, with basic impact resistance, not suited for trolleys or strong drafts.

200mm×2mm: Ideal for medium-traffic standard doors, staff and light trolley movement. Lightweight, easy to pass through and cost-effective. It offers standard wear resistance, best for cold rooms without frequent forklift impacts.

300mm×3mm: Heavy-duty choice for large openings, loading bays and regular forklift passage. The thicker PVC improves impact resistance. Wider strips reduce installation parts and labour. It resists fluttering under strong airflow for better thermal insulation.

400mm×4mm: Extra heavy-duty for wide loading docks and harsh sites with heavy forklifts and extreme drafts. Maximum abrasion and collision resistance. Using with 400mm width plates. Fewer PVC Strips are required.  

Selection Tip:

- 100×2mm: Small pedestrian hatches and light-duty use

- 200×2mm: Medium doors, light trolley access and budget projects

- 300×3mm: Forklift entryways and areas with strong drafts

- 400×4mm: Extra-wide industrial openings and harsh working conditions
